Some years ago, during the course of building a successful superannuation/pension consultancy, I experienced a health challenge which had me in hospital. It was then that the shock reality hit me that if I didn't survive, while I knew where all our important family information and documentation was, my family didn't have a clue. Within a year, the consultancy was sold and, with a dedicated team, we created Now Sorted to fix the same challenge that just about every family faces.
